What is an emergency vs. a non-emergency?

If this is an emergency maintenance request, please call Precision Management 24/7 at (860) 518-9183. If it is a life-threatening emergency, dial 911.

Emergency

  • Heat not working
  • Major water leak
  • Electricity outage
  • Clogged toilet (in units with one restroom)
  • Locked out (tenant of the unit)
  • Gas smell
  • Carbon monoxide detector sounding

Non-emergency

  • A/C not working
  • Slow, dripping leak
  • One outlet or group of outlets out
  • Clogged toilet (in units with two restrooms)
  • Locked out (family / friend / pet sitter of the tenant)

Obtaining a mortgage or refinancing? Your lender will most likely need a questionnaire completed by the management company. Request it to get the process started — and feel free to share this site with your lender or realtor for the quickest turnaround.

Need proof of insurance for your unit or association? Request it and we'll send over the documentation.

Modify Condominium Property

Want to modify your condo? Here's how the approval process works:

  1. Owner fills out and signs a proposal for Precision Management.
  2. Precision Management forwards the proposal to be included as an agenda item at the following board meeting.
  3. The board approves or denies the proposal.
  4. Precision Management notifies the owner of the decision.
